On my latest Trader Joe’s trip, I discovered the most delicious almond milk beverages. They can be enjoyed chilled with no frills of course, but I’ve been using them for everything from putting them in my coffee and cereal to making smoothies and overnight oats with them. They are simply delicious and I’ve compared them with other brands of “sweetened almond milk” and it appears they’re lower in sugar content too. These smoothies have been making a regular appearance at our house. They make the perfect breakfast, snack, and meal replacement for a cleanse! You can find a full video that includes my thoughts on each of these yummy beverages on Instagram @andreas_cooktales. Enjoy and please comment on Insta to let me know what you think!
